Yes, I can do more “what I ate days,” but probably won’t do multiple days in a row. Please know, I have had to make this lifestyle work for me right off the bat because I was healing myself from an issue in my small intestine. Any bad choice would set me back, so this, along with my dedication to health set me up for success. Regardless, I still would have stayed on track.
