Giveaway: Nikki’s Coconut Butter

Honey Pecan Pie and Macadamia Nut Cookie from Nikki's Coconut Butter
Honey Pecan Pie and Macadamia Nut Cookie from Nikki’s Coconut Butter.

As promised on my Facebook page a couple weeks ago, it’s time for the Nikki’s Coconut Butter giveaway! This is your chance to win a jar of your choice. Let me just say that this stuff is sinfully good. It almost brought me to tears the first time I tried it … no joke! I’ve had the pleasure of tasting the macadamia nut cookie and honey pecan pie, but I’m sure the others are just as decadent. Seriously, I could cry my sorrows away while eating spoonfuls of this stuff … or just eat spoonfuls of it anyway, like I have been. No surprise here, but you can get a belly ache from eating too much, so unlike me, please pace yourself. Luckily, I learned my lesson after the second or third time doing it! Just wait, you’ll see.

Mmmm...

So, what do you need to do to win? Head over to Nikki’s Coconut Butter and check out the fab selection of flavors. Leave me a comment on this post, telling me which flavor you’d pick if you win. Earn an extra entry by liking both Paleo in PDX and Nikki’s Coconut Butter on Facebook, and be sure to mention in your comment that you did so (I will check though!). A winner will be picked at random this Saturday, September 29 and announced on Monday, October 1. So, get your entries in … you have between now and end-of-day (PST) Saturday to enter your submission!

WOW! I liked Paleo in Pdx sometime in the past, liked Nikki’s Coconut Butter today. After checking out her products I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE to make the Dark Chocolate Coconut Butter Reese’s cups with either the Vanilla Cake Batter or Dark Mocha. The Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie sounds delish, too, but I have to stay away from nuts 😦

Thanks for sharing the info on this product! I think I’m getting some no matter what!

MyBrattyTasteBuds (who are in training to be less bratty) would LOVE to satisfy their coffee cravings with Midnight Mocha. By the way, eating Paleo has made them very much LESS bratty! Especially with scrumptious offerings such as coconut butter! I *liked* both pages just now!

Liked both pages! I would love the Macadamia Nut Cookie, as Macadamia nuts always remind me of my Grandma–she would bring them home for me from Hawaii every time she went, and I thought they were such an exotic treat.
