Hey everyone, happy Monday!

Some of you have read my ‘About Me’, which links to my three-part health story, so you know where I’ve come from. If you want to read more about me though, head over to the Stay Healthy Stay Happy blog today. Emily McLaughlin, blogger of this site, reached out to me recently and asked if I’d be interested in contributing to her ‘Monday Motivator’ series. I enjoy sharing my story with others, so naturally, I felt honored and jumped on the opportunity. Emily has a lovely site, so be sure to browse around while you’re there too.

Thanks again for the opportunity, Emily! Thank you to all of you, my followers, for checking it out too!

Cheers,

Alisa

I love this! I think when you are stuck in a situation, you can forget that you are in charge of more in your life than you realise at times πŸ™‚

Yep, we have the power to create what we want for ourselves. It’s a matter of whether you choose to use that power or not.

Thanks, Nikki! I’m excited to see what you’ll feature on your new blog — I want to start experimenting with homemade beauty care, which I have yet to do.
