Calling all granola lovers: you need to add this grain-free honey nut granola into your granola-making repertoire pronto! But, I must forewarn you, it’s good…dangerously good!
This granola lives up to its honey nut name and is nutty, toasty, crunchy, perfectly sweet and totally delicious. It’s also clustery and sticky, and just so darn awesome. I am smitten with it!
Additionally, there are so many ways to enjoy this granola. Here are some tasty ideas:
- with yogurt
- on top of ice cream
- straight from the jar
- doused with your favorite non-dairy milk
- as a garnish on top of roasted winter squash
- mixed into mashed sweet potato

Perfectly nutty, toasty and sweet, this grain-free honey nut granola is sure to be a breakfast pleaser. Eat it with yogurt, non-dairy milk, atop of ice cream or straight from the jar!
- 2 cups large flake unsweetened coconut
- Heaping 1 cup raw almonds
- Heaping 1 cup raw pecans
- 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp flax meal
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup raisins, optional

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Add the coconut, pecans, almonds and sesame seeds to a large bowl and stir. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, vanilla and sea salt. Pour over nut mixture and toss to coat.

Spread mixture evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove from oven and stir. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Once done, remove from the oven and stir in the raisins, if using. Cool completely before storing in containers.
