These no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough bites are loaded with healthy fats from coconut and almond, and studded with bittersweet dark chocolate chips. Egg-free, dairy-free and grain-free!
Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. Once mixed, fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before eating, unless you prefer softer dough bites.
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and eat within 2-3 days.
I used THESE 85% bittersweet dark chocolate chips and THIS BRAND of blanched almond flour. Both are excellent!
