Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

These no-bake chocolate chip cookie dough bites are loaded with healthy fats from coconut and almond, and studded with bittersweet dark chocolate chips. Egg-free, dairy-free and grain-free!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 Tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup good-quality dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. Once mixed, fold in the chocolate chips.

  2. Roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined plate. Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before eating, unless you prefer softer dough bites.

  3. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and eat within 2-3 days.

Recipe Notes

I used THESE 85% bittersweet dark chocolate chips and THIS BRAND of blanched almond flour. Both are excellent!
